Pokemon Black and White are the first editions of Pokemon Generation 5. The games released in Japan on September 18th 2010 and offered a new 3d design unlike this older models.
Black & White brings 156 more Pokemon to the game and unlike old games where you meet Pokemon from different regions in Black & White you only meet Pokemon from Unova region. Once you beat the main story line Pokemon form other regions become available.
Black And White Also Has 2 Features called the PokeTransfer and Relocator. PokeTransfer allowed Black & White to Communicate with older Ds Pokemon Games such as Diamond,Pearl,Platinum,HeartGold and SoulSilver versions to transver pokemon to complete the Pokedex. Relocator allowed Event Pokemon to be traded to unlock more event Pokemon such as Monster Fox Pokemon Zoroark.
These games took place in the Unova region which was further away then most Pokemon regions and can be only accessed by plane as in older regions you explored by boat.
Black & White are the first games to introduce Triple battles and Rotation battles. Triple battles are similar to Double battles but with three Pokemon. Rotation battles are with 3 Pokemon and you Rotate there order in line to try and trick your opponent. They also have a feature called the Dream World which allows players to obtain non-Unova pokemon and Unova pokemon with new abilitys.
As in past games there is a new team of villains called Team Plasma similar to past Team Rocket,Aqua,Magma and Galactic.
